Heritage Park of Katy is a private, family-owned and operated Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Centrally located in the Katy Heritage District, our facility sits at the entrance of the VFW Park amid enchanting, century-old oak trees overlooking the bending flow of Cane Island Creek.

Our family integrates a group of committed professionals that focus solely on your loved one, including 24-hour RN care. In the same spirit, our therapy team offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy six days a week with state of the art equipment that both monitors and tracks patient outcomes. Additionally, our onsite hemodialysis suite provides a much-needed service to residents while ensuring continuity of care. To make your loved ones feel even more at home, we provide home-style meals which are dietitian approved.

In order to provide excellent care, we partner with Memorial Hermann Katy (Sugar Land, Cypress, Memorial City, and Texas Medical Center), Houston Methodist West (Sugar Land and Texas Medical Center), Houston Methodist St. Catherine Hospital, St. Luke’s Sugar Land (Texas Medical Center), and Oakbend Medical Center for your loved ones skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long term care needs.
